Beach = Sandy Feet
We met our daughter in Ventura with three of the Grandsons and one of their friends and had a wonderful time. It is amazing how they have grown up and become young men. It was not a real sunny day but it was not cold or windy.
When we walked down town to have lunch, we were welcomed with this sign... what the hay??? A beach burger joint with a sign like this. I wanted to turn around and walk out but I was hungry! And the burger was really good. (Just for the record, we did try to get the sand off of our feet... really we did.)
It was a good day and I loved being with my Daughter and Grandsons.

How Tall Are They Now
Each holiday that we are together we gather the kids and measure them on our "Wall of Height" in the hallway. If we ever move, I think we will have to cut that piece of drywall out and take it with us. We have been doing this for years. It appears that all the grandkids will be close to 6 feet or over. One of them grew 5 inches this last year!

Glowing...
This is my oldest grandson wrapped in glow sticks. Now, this takes us back years and years when he was 6 or 7and loved fireworks but didn't like the noise. So, for the 4th of July, I bought a bunch of glow
sticks for the kids to play with instead of the noisy fireworks. I ordered them online and they didn't get here by the 4th. They got tucked away in my craft room and now years later I find them!
Amazing that they still glow after all these years. And that grandson, he just got his driver's license!
